Terms & Conditions

BASIS OF CONTRACT:
Any contract shall consist of the buyers order and the sellers (Goldwafers) acceptance thereof. Any order accepted by the seller shall be subject to these conditions of sale and no other conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by the seller.

PRICES
:
Quoted prices do not include delivery. Carriage charges will be charged at the agreed rate at time of order.
E-mail address must be provided for receipt of order conformation.

PAYMENT:

All payments must be made before goods are dispatched.
We accept Mastercard | Debit Mastercard | Visa | Visa Debit | Maestro | JCB

DESPATCH TIMES:

Next working day delivery on most items ordered before 1:30pm Mon-Fri. Items ordered after 1:30pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Times quoted are so quoted in good faith but shall be non-binding. The seller shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer or any other person as a result of a delay in the delivery of the goods or any part of the order for whatsoever reason. The due performance of the contract is subject to cancellation or such variation as the seller may find necessary as the result of instructions or lack of instructions from the buyer, or as a result of industrial dispute or of any cause whatsoever beyond the sellers reasonable control. The seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time up to fourteen days after you receive the goods. You must return the goods to us in their original condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If you wish to do this please contact us in writing. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.

If you cancel your order after we have sent the goods, and they are not defective, of poor quality, mis-described or not fit for their purpose, then you must send them back to us at your own expense.
Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package.

FAULTY GOODS:
If you think an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty then please contact us first before returning the item.
We find that in most cases 99% of problems are usually due to user error and can be fixed over the phone.
We are unable to offer a collection service, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and returning faulty goods to us.
Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package. We will pay the shipping costs for returning replacement goods.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Technical data, dimensions, weights, etc, given are a guide rule only, and no guarantee is given or implied that the goods will conform in absolute detail to the descriptions and illustrations. The seller reserves the right to amend the specifications and to withdraw goods from the catalogue or web site without prior notice.

SUITABILITY:

Other than the expressly stated the seller makes no representations as to the fitness or suitability of any goods for any purpose whatsoever.

ONE-YEAR GUARANTEE:

In addition to all benefits conferred on the buyer by statute, the seller guarantees all goods offered for a period of one year, provided that: (a) it is established to the reasonable satisfaction of the seller that some part of the hardware used in the manufacture was defective, and the goods have been returned to seller. (b) The goods have not been subject to misuse or abuse of any kind.
This guarantee does not extend to fair wear and tear, software, firmware, blank smartcards, and subscription smartcards.
Due to the nature of the product, Subscription viewing cards are not covered by a warranty unless they are official subscription cards and these are under warranty for as long as the broadcaster is broadcasting the programmes the card was intended to receive. The card is NOT covered if broadcasting stops due to the broadcaster going out of business or a change in schedules, or if the broadcast infringes UK broadcast law. If this is the case we are not liable for this action and you have bought said subscription cards with this knowledge.

VIEWING CARDS:

Subscription viewing cards are sold for use in domestic households and for private use only. Pre-paid subscription cards cannot be exchanged or refunded once the card has been dispatched. The broadcaster reserves the right to change channel packages without notice. Subscription viewing cards are NOT covered by warranty if broadcasting stops due to the broadcaster going out of business or a change in schedules, or if the broadcast infringes UK broadcast law. If this is the case we are not liable for this action and you have bought said subscription card with this knowledge.
